You got the Picture Taker

Well a lot of you know, I avoid the camera and would rather be on the other side taking pictures of you and your projects. I finished 2 projects, 1 new scarf and 1 a scarf pattern where I increased the pattern to have it come out as a shawl. Enjoy.

And Our Newest Member

Well, you know I can't go without including out newest member who joined us today. We even got Chloe to model one of the fingerless gloves that Barb knitted. You can tell she was over joyed doing this, haha

We have a couple of knitters either out of state and/or country. One is helping out her daughter whose husband had a heart transplant, successful and he sounds like he is doing good. Another is doing her annual trip to France. With the summer winding down, we should begin seeing more of our knitters joining us again.

Where We Knit

Each Thursday, a group of us meet over at our Local Yarn Shop in town. Lisa the owner of Auburn Needlework's allows us to take over a section in her shop. Want to share some pictures of her shop.

Here are some pics from a couple of weeks ago. Can you believe the size of the slippers. Barb told us her son in-law has big feet. Sharon brought in her bag that had some of her finished projects. Adrienne is working on a "Irish" scarf for her Mother in-law for St. Patrick's Day.
